Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Implement and administer EHS programs and procedures in compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements. Conduct audits and reviews, recommend corrective actions, and monitor improvement progress. Manage contractor safety, permits-to-work, and EHS reporting. Continuously review company-wide risk assessments and implement preventive measures. Support local EHS performance reviews, identify trends, and participate in problem-solving activities. Ensure all licenses, reports, and documentation are accurate, updated, and compliant with government and corporate requirements. Provide EHS training to employees and support Emergency Response Team (ERT) development. Support EHS campaigns, communication programs, and internal audits. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Science, major in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field Minimum of + 2 years of related experience in EHS, prefer experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Skills English: intermediate Certificated safety group 2 Certificated Safety trainer Skill: Risk assessment, training, root cause analysis, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety Observation. Well knowledge on EHS programs: fall protection, electrical, chemical, fire protection, LOTO, 5S, Ergonomic, EHS Review, industrial hygiene, environmental protection,… Working Conditions Works in standard office / manufacturing environment. Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, and readiness for changes are essential demands at work.
