Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Develop, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve yield, productivity, process capability, and operational efficiency. * Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in machining operations such as CNC machining, milling, grinding, and EDM. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Kaizen, and DOE methodologies. * Support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer, process qualification, and engineering builds. * Conduct process validation, Cp/Cpk analysis, and reliability improvement activities to ensure stable manufacturing performance. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and vendors to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing capability. * Support cost reduction, capacity expansion, and localization projects for materials and consumables. * Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, technical reports, and training materials. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing environment. * Experience in precision machining, CNC, grinding, milling, or EDM processes is highly preferred. * Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, ceramics, or advanced manufacturing industries is a plus. Skills * Strong knowledge of process improvement, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations. * Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, FMEA, and Kaizen tools. * Good analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. * Good command of English.
