Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support for production problems in TEC assembly manufacturing areas. Collaborate with other departments such as ADC, FE, System, to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machines operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve processes further. Work with other engineers Front End (FE), ADC, System to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement. Provide corrective action and preventive action for quality issues or audit finding. To support Installation and hand over new process transferred. Education & Experience Bachelor of Science in Materials Science or Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering. Minimum 2 years applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of plating or wet chemical processing or machine processing. Skills Understanding of technical drawing & technical manual, TDS and applies principles, theories, concepts, techniques into analyse the data, give solution in manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting. Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others Ability to achieve goal results through day-to-day complete assignments. Proven ability training of operators/technician/Engineer I. Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency.
