Description

Provide technical support to production problems in System manufacturing areas. Collaborate with other departments such as ADC, FE, Assembly, to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machine operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve processes further. Work with other engineers Front End (FE), ADC, Assembly to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement. Provide corrective action and preventive action for quality issue or audit finding. To support Installation and hand over new process transferred. Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering, major in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronic. Minimum 2 years applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of plating or wet chemical processing or machine processing.
