Primary Duties & Responsibilities Process control Track non-conforming products, abnormal lot and work with related function to solve. Identify opportunity to improve quality control plan and process capability, frequently review process capability. Monitor SPC and execute FMEA action plans Involve & coordinate for customer complaint trouble shooting. Follow up CAR related to quality issue in the process. Execute improvement projects. Justify quality inspection/test result. Conduct process audit to ensure process standard compliance. Works on problems of moderate scope. Report the issues and the regular weekly/monthly reports. Coordinate internal and external teams to control and resolve process-related quality issues in a timely and proper manner. Process development: Develop quality control plan and working instructions to ensure FGs meet requirements and non-escape to customer. Involve with Eng in using Quality tool: FMEA, SPC… Build up knowhow database and Quality standard to inspectors. Develop procedures to drive the quality system. Develop internal quality standards. Involve in qualified process for new parts/new changes/new process. Education & Experience BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering At least 2 years in this role at international manufacturing company Skills Experience in process control. Experience of quality tool: FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, Problem solving, ISO 9001. Be able to communicate and write in English. Working Conditions Works in standard office/ manufacturing environment.
