Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical support to production problems in Assembly manufacturing areas. Collaborate with other departments such as ADC, FE, System, to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machine operate smoothly, collect, and analyze data to improve processes further. Work with other engineers Front End (FE), ADC, System to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement. Provide corrective action and preventive action for quality issue or audit finding. To support Installation and hand over new process transferred. Education & Experience Minimum 2 years applicable experience in manufacturing Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree. Skills Understanding of technical drawing & technical manual, TDS and applies principles, theories, concepts, techniques into data analysis, give solution in manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting. Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others Ability to achieve goal results through completing day-to-day assignments. Proven ability training of operators/technician/Engineer I. Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Minitab software or equivalent is preferred. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency. Good command of English. Working Conditions Can work by Shift (3 shifts) Exposure to some of chemicals and machine oils.
