Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Manage Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) operation. Implement 3D models, blueprints, quality engineering documentation for new or revised products. Collaborate with Engineering and Prototyping Centre to transfer the required quality process and product customized application specific products. Translate quality engineering documents into Vietnamese as required supporting Quality (Works instruction, Setup Sheets, Tool Sheets, Operator inspection sheets). Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes, methods, and controls. Establish quality standard operating procedures for current or newly improved processes. Create, modify CMM programs and deploy FAI for new products, processes. Participate in Lean, Six-sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and yield enhancement activities. Follow, monitor quality planning and shipping. Develop skill-set training program of quality operators. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering or related field. At least 2 years as quality engineer in high precise machining manufacturing. Run CMM machines. Knowledge about hard metals cutting conditions. Knowledge 3D model design software such as SOLIDWORKS or relevant. Professional skill in reading 2D drawings and understanding GD&T deeply. Familiarity with quality tools: 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, SPC, MSA, FMEA. Proficient in MS Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab). Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Skills Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.
