Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Supplier Quality Program * Handling of Quality issues * RTV handling * Technical support Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent). * At least 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or related roles in an international manufacturing environment. * Experience working with supplier quality processes, including NCR, SCAR, and CAPA. * Familiarity with ISO quality systems; ISO auditor certification/experience is a plus. Skills * Hands-on experience with supplier quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys) and structured problem solving. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive root cause and corrective actions. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications to support supplier quality evaluation and issue resolution. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. Working Conditions * Work in air-conditional environment at the office and production area. Physical Requirements * Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and travel to supplier sites when required Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
