Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. * 2+ years of professional engineering experience in a relevant industry. * Proficiency in core engineering principles and practices applicable to the role. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company’s products (e.g., CAD software, programming languages, simulation tools). * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Experience working in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities: * Develop, and test engineering solutions in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. * Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliverables. * Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely and effective solutions. * Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports. * Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and team meetings to ensure quality and alignment with project goals. * Continuously improve engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for diagnosing issues and optimizing system performance.
