YOUR DAY TO DAY:

2nd Line Operations of Data Mobile Core Platforms in a multi-vendor environment.
Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality, continuity of service and the restoring time for Mobile Packet Core Network elements.
In collaboration with 1st Line Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms to detect and eliminate faults. Perform data configuration, software rollout and support integration activities with planning and delivery functions.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• mobile core protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Radius, Diameter, SIGTRAN, RANAP, GMM, Diameter)
• Good knowledge of mobile network architectures 2G/3G/5G, VoLTE, NB IoT with experience in main vendors technologies (Ericsson preferred, Cisco,)
• Eager and willing to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills.
• English (spoken and written).

MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree: faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in Operations and Maintenance activities.
