Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary Monitor and respond to real-time alerts across network, servers, applications, and security systems. Perform first-level troubleshooting, document incidents, and coordinate escalations with support teams. Execute routine health checks, maintenance tasks, and follow SOPs for incident and change management. Job Description Monitor network, servers, applications, and security systems in real-time. Respond to alerts and incidents, escalate issues based on severity and SLA. Perform first-level troubleshooting (network connectivity, server availability, performance checks). Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system. Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and other support teams for escalations. Execute routine health checks, backups, and scheduled maintenance tasks. Track and report on system performance, outages, and recurring issues. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident, problem, and change management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; IT, Information Systems or related fields 0-1 Year of experience Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall basics). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, Datadog, etc.). Ability to analyze logs and recognize patterns or anomalies. Strong communication skills for clear incident reporting. Willingness to work in 24x7 shift rotations. Preferred Qualifications ITIL Foundation knowledge (Incident/Problem/Change handling). CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications. Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
