We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS

1) Analyze the work assigned based on priority and respond to customer queries and requests.
2) Discuss with the onsite lead and coordinate support activities and development initiatives from offshore. Provide status updates regularly to the on-site lead.
3) Coordinate and follow up with product vendors for handling the product bugs.

1) Good Knowledge on ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, CI, SLA.)2) Hands on Experience with installation and upgrading of CAD, CAE, and other applications used in Engineering Architecture and Construction area3) Good knowledge in multiple COTS product license administration and product assignments, installation, bug fixes.4) Hands-on experience in license Administration of various COTS applications used in Engineering, Architecture, and Construction applications. 5) Hands-on experience with license monitoring tools, process monitoring tools, license harvesting, and license reporting tools.6) Good organizational, written, and oral communication Skills.7) Creation of license usage & denial reports and budget allocation reports periodically.8) Working with different stack holders (like network team, AD team, SCCM team, Security Team and End user computing Team) to resolve application installation, deployment, and license issues.9) Working closely with SME?s and Key-users to know their requirements and issues 10) Good understanding of Product life Cycle Management processes.
