RM Shift Leader - Engineer Role and Responsibilities : Maintain & promote high safety culture. Coordination with EHS team for various Legal/Statutory requirement in stores. Develop 5S culture. Material management & material handling. Inventory management. Manpower handling. MIS report creation(Daily/Weekly/Monthly). Workload calculation for each process on regular interval. ECN management. MIS report creation(Daily/Weekly/Monthly). OSA(Lean) lead in stores. Documentation & shop floor improvement activities. Departmental objective & process updation as per SPQVC requirement. Good organizational skills & ability to get along with people. Self directed, able to organize and maintain tight schedule. Receiving/shipping window adherance. Waste /Scrap disposal. Transport handling. Coordination with CFT for smooth functioning. Coordination with EHS team for various Legal/Statutory requirement in stores. Rejection handling due to in transit damage.
