Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in preparing techno-commercial proposals and managing various project activities to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure necessary materials for the site requirements.
  • Prepare Techno-commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
  • Prepare completion certificates and ensure all project close out documents are obtained
  • Ensure timely invoices are submitted to the client
  • Monitor and track project progress, time frames, schedules, and budgets
  • Define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assist management on various administrative roles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
