The Opportunity Allegro is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous AutoCAD Engineer to play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our essential plant layouts and engineering drawings. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems documentation. What You Will Do Maintain & Update Plant Layouts: Be responsible for the continuous updating of overall plant layouts, drawings, and as-built plans across all critical systems: Architectural/Structural, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing. Prepare Technical Documentation: Assist in the meticulous preparation of drawings, plans, designs, layouts, specifications, and other applicable documents. Ensure these documents adhere to local and international standards and meet the requirements of concerned government agencies, AMPI customers, and partners like insurance providers. Monitor Building Projects: Inspect and monitor building maintenance projects to ensure their timeliness, correctness, and completion. Verify compliance with approved contracts, building codes, and applicable standards. Perform Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance and regular checks on building components to ensure their integrity and functionality. Generate Reports: Update and generate comprehensive reports on overall plant layout and space allocation, providing critical data for facility management and planning. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Effectively coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project requirements. Communicate Progress: Provide regular written communications and presentations on the progress of work coverage and assignments, keeping all relevant parties informed. Drive Innovation: Contribute to creating innovative designs that lead to project improvement and enhancement, fostering a culture of continuous advancement. Manage Records: Maintain pertinent records and files, both in soft and hard copies, ensuring organized and accessible documentation. Implement Revisions: Modify existing drawings to create and incorporate necessary revisions, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate. Support Team: Perform other tasks that may be assigned by your superior from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team goals. What Will You Bring? A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering At least 2 yrs experience in AutoCAD and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
