POSITION OVERVIEW

The candidate will assist the Chief Engineer to explore and implement new manufacturing technology to improve company’s core competencies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in CADCAM (NX and Solidworks preferred)
• Good problem solving skills, strategic thinking and innovative
• Working experience in factory automation environment will be an advantage
• Knowledge in hydraulics preferred
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed

Lead and implement improvement projects with new technology to replace conventional methods in any new faciltiies for new product introduction.

• New cutting methods to improve overall machining costs (cycle time and cutter costs)
• New part and fixture setup methods to improve setup time and quality consistency
• Error proof potential human error activities by replacing human dependency with technology possibilities
