Job Description Implement and deploy software solutions for customers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector Analyze customer business requirements and configure applications to meet functional and operational needs Develop product customizations to address customer-specific requirements Integrate software solutions with third-party applications and enterprise systems Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot complex customer-reported issues by coordinating with product vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution Provide production support and maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted customer operations Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge articles Continuously develop technical competencies and stay current with emerging technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Person Specification Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field Have 2–4 years of overall work experience, including 1–2 years of experience in software development and implementation Demonstrate a strong technical background in enterprise banking or financial systems Possess a good understanding of banking business concepts, with exposure to retail banking, corporate banking, or treasury operations considered an advantage Have experience in application support, system upgrades, or implementations within a banking or financial environment Possess working knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and Batch/Job Monitoring Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL Have knowledge of open-source technologies and experience working with APIs Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
