Job Description Deploy standard solutions for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector Understand client business requirements and parameterize/configure the solution to meet their needs Perform functional customization and development of the base product for unique requirements Customize reports as needed Integrate the product with various surrounding solutions Conduct first-level analysis of L3-level issues reported by clients and coordinate with vendors for resolution Continuously update and enhance knowledge and skills to keep pace with technology developments, enabling clients to leverage solutions competitively in their markets Collaborate as a team to deliver projects effectively and efficiently Person Specification Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification 03+ years of experience in software development, maintenance and support Proficiency in Java or C++, and object-oriented design skills Proficiency in Oracle PL-SQL/SQL Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge in accounting, finance & treasury banking is a added advantage
