Company Description Bosch Home Comfort India Limited. https://www.hitachiaircon.com/about Job Description What you will do: We are seeking a highly experienced VRF Lab operation, VRF Product Testing & Validation Engineer with strong knowledge of VRF testing standards & their requirements, collabration with CFT. This role involves managing psychrometric labs, and ensuring complete product quality through verification and compliance testing of VRF air conditioner products. You will be responsible for hands-on testing of VRF air conditioner products, analyzing results, and driving validation processes at system levels. How you will do it: • Strong communication and team collaboration skills and understanding of testing methodologies • Apply knowledge of HVAC testing standards like IS 18728, IS 8148, ISO 15042, ISO 13253, AHRI 1230, AHRI 210/240 etc. for VRF air conditioner products • Deep understanding of VRF air conditioner product working & its critical component functionality • Support product certification, compliance, and regulatory approvals (e.g., AHRI, ISO, EN standards) • Maintain & execute operations of VRF test lab & its facilities. Also, able to work in shifts • Preparation of product piping layout & installation execution as per test plan • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for product & test lab failures • Prepare test plans & reports for performance, cycle reliability & structure validation testing • Execution of Preventive maintenance plan and there by ensure no/less breakdown • Knowledge about NABL and its process for the labs • Good with 5S & Kaizen What we look for: Required ⚫BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical or related engineering field ⚫4–6 years in performance & cycle validation testing for new product development ⚫Strong background in VRF product testing standards & compliance requirements ⚫Able to work in shift ⚫Willing and able to travel within and outside India for project needs Preferred ⚫Experience in VRF testing management, with ability to manage lab operations and execute VRF product validation projects ⚫Strong verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical teams ⚫Product testing & validation knowledge and experience in VRF air conditioning systems Qualifications BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical or related engineering field
