Castell Howell Foods is Wales’s leading independent food service wholesaler, servicing the length and breadth of Wales, the Border Counties and the South West of England. We currently have a vacancy for an Engineer based from our Cross Hands depot.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of working in a similar role and/or coffee machine maintenance would be advantageous
• The ability to work independently
• Excellent organisation skills
• A strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, preferably IOSH Certification
• The ability to build relationships with customers - strong Customer Service skills
• An apprenticeship within a relevant field such as plumbing
• Basic electrical safety experience required

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced installation Engineer to join our team. Your role will be to manage the installation and maintenance of coffee machines, including PSSR examinations and Kitchen Master chemical dosing systems, at our customer locations across South and Mid Wales.
You will be responsible for booking and organising repair works and services using an app-based management system, full training will be provided. You will also order and negotiate pricing on parts needed to complete the work required.
