Perform physical failure analysis to identify physical defects. Establish and hypothesize possible electrical or process fail mechanism based on electrical fail model and physical failure analysis characterization, to support process improvement. Work closely with various stakeholders from frontend to backend and Global Quality (GQ) department to resolve defectivity issues. Prepare and present electrical and physical failure mechanism on a weekly basis. Develop new fault isolation/physical failure analysis technique. Coordinate a team of CE PYE technicians. Coordinate fault isolation tools/physical failure analysis tools to ensure high uptime. A Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. A teammate with analytical, problem-solving skills and a strong strive to excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present in large meeting. Highly motivated individuals. Knowledge of fault isolation equipment/technique/physical failure analysis is an added advantage. Strong understanding in non-volatile NAND devices and knowledge of Fab process is an added advantage. Fresh Graduates or less than 2 years' experience is encouraged to apply.
