PRE-REQUISITES:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Relevant working experience will be an advantage

• Develop comprehensive project work plans, including cost estimates, resource allocation, timelines, and milestone tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with government agencies, gas transporters, consultants, and other key stakeholders to support project development, regulatory compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise to cross-functional teams by reviewing and endorsing engineering documents, specifications, and proposals to maintain quality and meet organizational objectives.
• Conduct research and development on new initiatives, including feasibility studies and concept validation for potential projects
• Prepare and deliver clear, structured technical presentations and reports to internal teams, management, and external parties on project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure all project materials, equipment, and work adhere to established quality standards, safety protocols, work procedures, and legal requirements, including the Gas Act, Gas (Supply) Regulations, Gas Supply Code, and other applicable legislation in Singapore.
• Review project plans and documentation and prepare submissions for approval by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) as required.
• Participate in emergency response exercises initiated by internal teams or mandated by EMA to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance.
