Job Description Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and administering various construction contract packages. Monitor contractor progress, materials, manpower, equipment, and compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate efforts between separate contractors and liaise with local authorities and client representatives. Observe and enforce safety procedures on site, issuing corrective instructions as necessary. Attend progress meetings and identify constraints, recommending corrective measures to address deficiencies. Review and coordinate all submittals and specialist participation against contract requirements. Oversee site supervision to ensure works comply with specifications and contract requirements. Assist with preparation of site directions, instructions, and final acceptance documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned, utilising your professional expertise. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 8-14 years of experience in Civil or Masters in engineering with similar projects expereince is preferred Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferable Additional Information Minimum 3-5 years mandatory experience in UAE is required to apply for this role.
