ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Cloud Integration Engineer at Origin, you’ll play a key role in evolving and optimising our large-scale cloud data platform. You’ll design and implement scalable data pipelines and robust integrations across diverse systems, driving real impact across the business.This role sits within our high-performing Data & Analytics team, where we power decision-making with timely, trusted insights. With a strong focus on DataOps, automation, and continuous improvement, you’ll be hands-on in driving efficiency, reliability, and innovation across Origin’s data ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and integrations across internal systems and cloud platforms, ensuring high data quality and governance.
• Champion DataOps best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and continuous delivery of improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data, platform and product teams to understand requirements and deliver robust, future-proof solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimise complex data workflows, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, process improvements, and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
