Job Overview 综述 CAE engineer for injection molding simulation Responsibilities 职责 Communicate with internal interfaces and external customers to understand the project and related requests, judge if CAE is the correct way to meet requests. Collect necessary information and data, provide the expected delivery date. Conduct simulation and optimize design to find out the solution. Keep close communication with technical contacts of customer and internal project team. Design plastic part considering application criterion, environment parts and processing feasibility. Provide accurate, complete and transparent documentation on the design work completed. Present findings and suggestions to customers. Present/show/discuss correctly and confidently in seminar, project meetings, tech day, road show. Differentiate CAE techniques and technical capabilities with continuous development on new/in depth/advanced technology Qualifications 要求 Proficient in Moldflow simulation, better to have a silver certification Excellent flow simulation experience on plastic products. Good plastic material, tooling and processing knowledge. Skilled in part design with preferred Solidworks, or CATIA, UG, Pro-e Problem solving sense and ability Sense of urgency and ability to deliver within required time frame and to handle multiple projects at the same time. Good learner Good presentation and communication skills Team work player Good English skill both verbally and written Good office tool skill, especially PowerPoint Bachelor or Master in polymer related major At least 3 years working experience

Responsibilities

The CAE engineer will conduct injection molding simulations to optimize plastic part designs and ensure processing feasibility. They will also communicate technical findings to internal teams and external customers through presentations and project meetings.
