REQUISITION ID: 11210   LOCATION: Chennai   DEPARTRMENT: Concrete Tower Manufacturing India     YOUR TASKS:   Project development and coordination. Check and verify the correct quality of the analyzed concrete samples. Guide the supplier to achieve production targets by complying with all guidelines and standards set by the Quality Department. Ensure that production is carried out according with HSE standards. Supervise the staff performance to control the achievement of the established objectives. Review KPIS and identify improvement actions for production processes. Analyze the existing processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, in order to propose the appropriate corrective measures. Assign tasks to the team members and coordinate with them, the development of ongoing projects.     YOUR PROFILE:   Civil or Industrial Engineering. Office medium user. Precast industry knowledge. Interested in the project hardworking, problem-solving and leadership skills. Communication skills and high degree of teamwork, negotiation skills. Autonomous and challenge motivated. English is a must. Minimum B2 certificate. Spanish is a plus. Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings. 4- 6 years of experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control. Responsibilities
