Job Description Provide technical support for cyber security solutions and services in accordance with agreed service levels Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within customer environments Provide L1 and L2 support for customer incidents and maintain accurate support ticket records Support project implementation and deployment activities across customer environments Assist in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical evaluations, and testing activities for security solutions Work with internal teams to support project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards Support customer engagements by gathering technical requirements and assisting with solution configurations Assist in validating solution functionality and performance within customer environments Maintain technical documentation, support records, and implementation artefacts Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Support customer training, demonstrations, and technical knowledge-sharing activities when required Ensure adherence to support procedures, operational standards, and service-level commitments Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, certifications, and industry learning Support cross-functional activities and contribute to team objectives where required Person Specification Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline Minimum 1+ years of experience in the cyber security domain Exposure to cyber security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security, web application security, or security monitoring solutions Basic understanding of cyber security principles, security controls, and industry best practices Professional certifications such as Check Point, Palo Alto, Imperva, F5, Fortinet, Cisco Security, or equivalent will be considered an advantage Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise Ability to support customer environments, project delivery, and operational activities

Responsibilities

Provide L1 and L2 technical support for cyber security solutions and resolve customer incidents. Assist in project implementation, deployment, and the validation of security solution performance within customer environments.
