JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Power BI Development: * Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs. * Connect Power BI to various data sources including Excel, SQL Server, and SharePoint. * Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling for effective visualization. * Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine reporting outputs. AI Implementation & Support: * Explore and test AI tools relevant to business use. * Propose and implement small scale AI use cases that improve team productivity. * Assist in documentation, progress tracking, and knowledge-sharing activities around AI tools. * Maintain project trackers and support internal campaigns to drive AI adoption. * Actively participate in the internal AI enablement project and contribute to champion presentations. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in Power BI development or dashboard reporting. * Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot). * Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. * Passionate about AI driven transformation with a willingness to experiment and learn.
