PT dhost Telekomunikasi Nusantara, is a leading next generation neutral host provider for indoor cellular telecommunications and triple-play services. The business of Neutral Host for indoor cellular involves investing, designing, building, operating and leasing the Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to Mobile Network Operators (MNO), including Telkomesel, IOH, XL Axiata and Smartfren.
PT dhost was incorporated in 2017. We now own a broad portfolio of DAS across many building types including shopping malls, universities, hospitals, offices and residential apartments. Our team of high-achiever professionals joined us from across the leading industry, and we are projecting high growth financial performance. We continue to expand our project pipelines through acquisition and bidding on new projects, including triple-play for mix development mega superblock projects across Indonesia.
PT dhost is setting new standards in delivering indoor neutral hosting, both cellular and internet data services, by deploying proven and future-proof technology that has been successfully implemented from across the world. We constantly upgrade the existing network and raise the service standards and offerings for all cellular and internet users in buildings across Indonesia. As the wired and wireless network is converging, PT dhost is paving the future roadmap in offering a unified high-available network for a building, including IOT and intelligent building enablement.
As such, we are implementing an indoor mapping technology platform that provides state-of-the-art indoor map services for global applications. The aim is to create a “smarter building” by massively digitising indoor spaces. We aspire to simplify indoor mapping and provide a city-wide indoor maps platform of high-quality digital maps, positioning, and visual map data. With our ready-to-use SDK, we can focus on value creation, accelerating their application development and bringing value to their users.
The role
Work with the Project Management team and Digital Mapping technology partner to coordinate the digitalisation of buildings.
Conducted site validation, walk test, and location positioning testing within the building.
Support the business development team in presentation, demonstration, and POC.
Coordinate with building management for building access and permission
Ensure timely and successful implementation and adoption of the digital mapping solution
Coordination with digital mapping partner
Provide feedback on users’ feature requests, analyse and assess request viability and generate feature requests to digital mapping partner
Customer management and logistical coordination for each opportunity
Work closely with partner product and development teams to identify feature sets and manage product roadmaps
Skills & experience
Degree holder in Business Administration or Information Technology
At least 5 years of working experience in Business Development/Customer Success/Customer Relationship/Operations (technical solutions experience is preferred)
Experience in building GIS system or location-based applications is a plus.
Experience in solution sales and understanding of the software development process is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, time management and communication skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa
Good communication and interpersonal skills
