Job Role / Responsibilities: You will supervise and manage electrical staff for safe and efficient operations of all electrical installation through regular computerized Maintenance Management System and ensure that repairs and maintenance is carried out according to standard engineering practices and in a cost-effective way. Specifically, you will be responsible to: supervise and manage Electrical Staff to ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried our according to standard engineering practices plan and Manage Plant Preventive Maintenance and major breakdown jobs provide training to Electrical Staff on Electrical system to update their knowledge provide training to Electrical staff on MEP part of electronically controlled equipment & BMS hardware carry out Energy Conservation Activities to save maximum utilities cost by discussing with staff and implementing of adaptable ideas coordinate with users to ensure their satisfaction with services provided inspect Electrical installations at AKU to ensure minimum breakdown inspect on-going major maintenance activities safety precautions to be adopted any other related task as assigned by supervisor Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: Bachelor of Electrical / Electronic preferred or Bachelor in Electrical / Electronic Technology from the recognized Institute 4 to 6 years’ of related work experience including 1 to 2 years’ of supervisory experience Candidates having experience working with Solar Systems will be preferred sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations good verbal and written communication skills good knowledge of programmable logic control based systems sufficient knowledge of tools, equipment and materials, common for electrical trade. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
