JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Engineering Engagement team. This role involves managing and onboarding key trade Engineers, essential to our core business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with engineers via phone, live chat and email to ensure all necessary documentation is collected and maintained. Past experience working in recruitment or compliance would be beneficial but not essential.

SKILL REQUIRED:

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage schedules and completing priorities effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working alongside engineers and technical teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various digital tools and systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • While prior experience in recruitment or compliance is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with Engineers who have applied to carry out work on our app, ensuring they have all the correct documentation and skills to carry out the work for which they have applied and guide them through the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Working closely with the planners in all departments
  • Maintain and update engineers’ qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Prioritise and manage trade recruitment in key operational areas to support business continuity and efficient service delivery.
  • Engage daily with trades personnel, clearly communicating company expectations, processes, and compliance requirements to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
