About You To apply for this post, you must be able to evidence in your application how you meet the following criteria: • A degree in an appropriate subject or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification) and be working towards (or willing to work towards) I.Eng or C.Eng. • Significant experience working in an engineering setting with knowledge of current legislation, policies and procedures; Highways Act, NRSWA, Traffic Management Act, Traffic Regulation Act, CDM etc. • Significant experience of developing and project managing civil engineering projects and works programmes. • Strong customer focus and able to liaise with customers and clients. Applicants must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills • Good organisational skills using IT systems to accurately capture, store and retrieve information. • Ability to interpret maps, plans and Engineering Drawings.
