Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal environmental regulations and internal standards.
Prepare and manage environmental permits and programs (e.g., air, water, waste) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and submit required environmental reports (e.g., Tier II, TRI, NPDES, RCRA).
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental standards into operational and engineering processes.
Perform site assessments and audits to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Lead initiatives aimed at meeting corporate sustainability goals
Liaise with environmental agencies including MassDEP and EPA and represent the company during inspections and regulatory communications.
Track environmental KPIs and prepare metrics-driven performance reports.
Provide training and guidance on environmental practices and sustainability policies.
Assist with the maintenance of the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system to exceed regulatory, corporate and industry requirements (ISO14001/ISO45001/RBA).
Be a key partner in a positive, proactive, and integrated EHS culture
