Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals. An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Engineer, Environmental in Yanbu. Provide the Sponge site with environmental direction and support to ensure environmentally-safe, (RC” Royal commission”) and NCEC (National Center for Environmental Compliance) regulatory compliant operation across the Site through effective supervision and in close collaboration with colleagues both within the team and with other functions. You will be responsible for: Build a strong EHS, Quality and reliability excellence cultures, demands high standards of EHS and asset performance and models this to the team at all times. Continuous inspections of facilities and equipment to identify environmental non-conformities and take required action to rectify. Overview environmental procedures and rectify unwarranted situation Recommend improvement in environmental regulations, procedures Gather information and report to concerned authorities during environmental emergency situations Support other functions to achieve compliance with local environmental authorities. Support and coordinate with other functions to dispose of industrial waste material in accordance with the local environmental regulations. Continuously update environmental processes which aligns with local environmental authorities. Report required information to local environmental authorities. Coordinate with local authorities (RC) in case of emergency. Develop, implement, and maintain Environmental Management System. Ensure awareness of environmental regulations and requirements within ATTM. Plan, schedule, and coordinate third party testing/monitoring required by local environmental authorities. Request, receive and submit waste manifests to ensure compliance with waste disposal environmental regulations. Keep record of ATTM environmental performance. Create, submit and record communications with local environmental authorities. Be on constant communication with local environmental authorities (RC) to ensure compliance with latest environmental regulations. Submit data of environmental performance to Tasnee when required. Plan, schedule and conduct environmental management system internal audits. Plan and schedule environmental management system certification/re-certification audits. Plan and distribute environmental awareness messages. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience. ISO 14001, OSHAS. Knowledge & Skills Required: Strong data analysis and problem solving. Excellent Presentation Skills. Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
