Entry-level engineers will assist in ensuring stable operations and process efficiency while learning hands-on technical skills. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist in managing factory automation and logistics equipment Support equipment inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting Assist in logistics process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Participate in equipment optimization and modification projects Prepare and maintain operational and maintenance documentation Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related Engineering field Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (PLC, motors, sensors, etc.) Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation Responsible, proactive, and diligent work attitude Willingness to learn and take initiative Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of factory automation or logistics equipment Experience with AutoCAD or Siemens PLC English-Korean bilingual skills
