Description

Leading Fab 6S related CIP development, testing and successful introduction. Establish Fab 6S standard specification includes adding and revise regular maintenance and management. Fab 6S strengthening, including 6S training and converting it into a plan one by one through 6S steps to promote implementation among each colleague Publish Fab 6S monthly report regularly, and the good (praise) and bad (opportunity) observations will be inspected in the fab so that every colleague can achieve behavioral improvement through the monthly report. Promote Office TPM, constant improvement of the office environment to meet the standards Good English communication skills to be competent in cross-site project communication and execution. Shown experience in project management and multi-task simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate the analytical results by commonly used visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, etc. Decent programming skills in Python and SQL. Knowledge in MES ETO, Space(SPC), blueprint, MyEquip, MA and Labor efficiency improvement..etc will be a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the development, testing, and introduction of Fab 6S related continuous improvement processes. Establish and maintain Fab 6S standards and promote training and implementation among colleagues.
