Description
Lead facilities equipment by maintaining the Electronics system like PLC, SCADA. Lead FMCS system and troubleshooting. Lead the team to troubleshoot the electronics equipment. Lead facilities equipment capacity study monitoring of utility consumption to ensure all the facilities ELV system is in good condition. Ability to develop facilities equipment standard operation procedure and work instruction. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and work as a team. Diagnose and repair Extra Low Voltage system, building equipment to be ready to use at all times. Monitors, coordinates, and evaluates the performance of the contractors and sub-contractors. Inspects and performs maintenance for the Extra Low Voltage systems monthly. Co-ordination and scheduling activities to make sure all Preventative Maintenance work of ELV system to complete on time. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 coordinator/maintenance. Provide inputs on electrical related equipment and recommend engineering control aspects to solve problems. Ability to carry out troubleshooting of the UPS system, Variable frequency drive (VFD), Solar System, PA system, Access Control System, Passive Network system & etc. Identifies risk analysis on the systems using FMEA. Complete scope of work documents in support of scenario analysis, ramp-up planning and execution. Collaborate with clients, architects, structural engineers, civil engineers, system contractors, civil contractors, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to develop electrical building services system designs from concept to detailed design. Participate in cost calculations and contribute to the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Support design reviews for base build systems and ensure specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified. Support tools install designs for the systems that connect to those tools ensuring specifications are met and cost reduction improvements are identified. To meet tools uptime & make sure no delay in machine uptime. Review and support capacity analysis in the systems tracking against actual data from the facilities. Identifies and evaluates risk analysis in the systems and proposes possible improvements. To join monthly meetings with Facilities global team to understand latest global requirements & cascade down the requirement to the team - Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Management of Change (MOC), Facilities SEAL, Facilities Quality - Manage Facilities & etc. Manages & supervises technicians & vendors for repair, service & preventive maintenance jobs. CAPEX project planning & execution. Planning, analysis and management of critical spare parts and consumables. Apply 8D, Fishbone diagram, Pareto chart and 5-Why for problem solving of facility operation issues including finding root cause, corrective, and preventive actions. Follow all EHS procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation & Control or other equivalent field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience with system support and commissioning related field. Candidate with background experience from ELV/Audio Visual/Public Address/Network & Security industries is an added advantage. Good analytical skills, with ability to analyze problems and visualize appropriate solutions. With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
