This position will support our customer base on the East Coast. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core Duties: Installation & Integration: Lead on-site installations of our systems, including complex integration with customer infrastructure, and ensure proper configuration. Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as the technical point of escalation for critical equipment failures, performing diagnostics both in person and remotely using tools like video assistance. Proactive Maintenance: Perform predictive and preventative maintenance by analyzing system data to optimize performance and prevent failures. Remote & On-Site Support: Provide real-time assistance via phone and video. Travel is required up to 75% of the time. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a technical advisor. Qualifications You must reside on the East Coast and be located near a major airport for easy travel. Hands-on experience with equipment used in the apparel industry, such as thermal printing, embroidery machines, and heat presses. Proven ability to perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems (110V and 220V). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to a non-technical audience. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Additional Information The salary range for this position is $60,675 - $80,900 / year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
