Contract Period: 2-Year Contract Work Location: Tuen Mun Applications are invited for the above position in the Business Office of Castle Peak Power Station. Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Asset Management, the appointee will be responsible for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) activities, civil-related defects & project planning, asset & reliability management with the following duties: - Act as a site RO from Caste Peak Power Station and Penny’s Bay Power Station, manage and supervise overall productivity and performance of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) activities, ensure works are carried out in a safe and professional manner, meeting statutory requirements, required engineering standards and codes of practice. Engage with multi-disciplinary work teams (IFM NEC partner, civil contractors and other Civil Asset Ownership Scheme stakeholders) to liaise work scopes and schedules on projects, preventive maintenance and defects works, in accordance with the budgeted target cost and KPIs in respective to relevant HSSEQ, services, partnering and innovations. Monitor overall asset management including budgeting and support ad-hoc site execution works that are civil or asset performance-related. Coordinate with the field teams to cultivate, consolidate and put forward enhancement activities from scratch to sustainable outcomes of the station. Requirements: A recognized university degree in an engineering discipline, plus at least 3 years' relevant experience, or higher diploma / certificate plus 5 years’ relevant experience. Familiarity with CLP Power Safety Rules, engineering standards, codes of practice, and relevant statutory regulations would be advantageous. Self-motivated, good team player, analytical and able to work under tight schedule. Strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with NEC model, target cost and KPI setup, compensation event mechanism and the procedures of Generation Business Group. Knowledge in Internet of Thing (IOT), data analysis and automation tools (e.g. Power BI and Power Automate) is an advantage. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage. Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.
Responsibilities
The Engineer will manage and supervise Integrated Facilities Management activities and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards. They will also engage with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate project scopes and schedules.
