Job Description We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to support the investigation, analysis, and design of ground-related aspects for infrastructure and construction projects. The role involves assessing subsurface conditions, providing geotechnical recommendations, and ensuring safe and efficient design solutions in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct geotechnical investigations, including site assessments, soil sampling, and interpretation of ground conditions. Analyze geotechnical data and prepare reports with design recommendations. Support foundation design, slope stability analysis, and ground improvement solutions. Coordinate with structural, civil, and project teams to ensure integration of geotechnical inputs. Review geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Monitor site activities related to geotechnical works and provide technical support during construction. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations. Assist in identifying risks related to ground conditions and propose mitigation measures. Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline. Understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design, and geotechnical analysis. Experience with geotechnical software and reporting tools is an advantage. Rail project experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
