Lead and review HSE risk assessments, define protection/prevention measures, and take control measures to mitigate significant risks. Review and control protection and prevention systems based on HSE requirements. Integration into Business Processes: Incorporate HSE factors into business processes, projects, and departmental culture. Employee Awareness and Training: Ensure staff awareness of HSE responsibilities and provide relevant training as per guidelines. Conduct training on HSE policy and instructions for new employees and subcontractors. Operational Procedures and Equipment Management: Implement operating procedures for managing occupational safety, health risks, and environmental impact. Check and maintain HSE equipment. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency plans, identify, and train emergency response teams, and communicate team details to all employees. Lead and control safe evacuations during emergencies. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the execution of the HSE management system/plan to the unit manager and HSE team. Site Inspections and Risk Control: Conduct daily safety site inspections to identify potential hazards and control risks. Plan and monitor all on-site activities to align with HSE rules and procedures. Communication: Communicate HSE issues/initiatives during business meetings. Documentation and Records Management: Develop, update, and maintain all HSE documentation and records in the unit system. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
