Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with local HSE laws, international standards, and company requirements. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analyses. Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees and contractors. Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare periodic reports. Coordinate emergency response plans and drills. Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.   Qualifications:   We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Environmental or related field). 3–5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in pharmaceutical sector or related. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.   Certifications (Required / Preferred) Candidates preferred are those who hold recognized Health & Safety certifications, such as: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent IOSH Managing Safely (minimum) OSHA certifications / OSHA 30-hour (preferred) Any additional relevant certifications are a plus   Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Both Arabic & English Language.
