Start here. Grow here. Job Description We are seeking an Engineer- HVAC(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful marine infrastructure projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team. Here is what you will do: Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings Prepares technical specification sections Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance Collaborates with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions Develops and implements sustainable design strategies to meet energy efficiency goals Oversees the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment and components Qualifications The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications: Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GDC type of environment Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects. Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations. Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - USA, Canada, ANZ Region. Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - Specialized in HVAC Design. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar BIM tools. Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
