He shall manage maintenance schedules, end-user coordination, work access, repair works planning ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating with other trades, and acting as a key liaison for stakeholders on routine maintenance jobs and replacement / new installation works. Specifically, you will be responsible to: Supervise, mentor and evaluate HVAC technicians, mechanics and other team members and manage manpower allocation and performance. Monitor HVAC activities, from planning and procurement to installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance for adherence to schedules and specifications. Ensure high-quality maintenance and repair of complex systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV units, DX units, refrigeration systems, cold rooms, freezers, dehumidification systems, ducting, piping) by conducting inspections and quality checks. Enforces adherence to health, safety and environment (HSE) and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA), performing site inspections and leading toolbox talks. Coordinate with other teams including MEP, civil, safety, end-users, vendors and contractors. Prepare maintenance works records and reports, including preventive maintenance planning, compliance, maintenance procedures, SOPs, staff utilization and maintenance KPIs monitoring and control. Diagnose HVAC-R system faults, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Requirements: You must have: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent) from recognized university. More than 3 years of HVAC related work experience including 1 year at the supervisory level with Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems operation and maintenance knowledge. Excellent knowledge of all HVAC equipment / services used in a large hospital and pharmaceutical large industry Preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent supervisory skills Ability to cope with stress Team leadership qualities Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted
