EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

  • Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Additional certifications in safety, equipment handling, or OEM-specific training preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of experience in field service, operations, or technical maintenance role.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation systems, or relevant tools.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Knowledge of basic PLCs, sensors, and industrial control systems (advantageous).
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and calibration equipment.
  • Basic IT literacy (MS Office, reporting tools, mobile service apps).

Responsibilities
  • INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONINGPerform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment according to technical manuals and SOPs.Ensure systems meet performance and quality specifications.
  • MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTINGConduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
  • OPERATIONAL SUPPORTMonitor daily operations and provide support for smooth running of equipment.Ensure minimal downtime by implementing quick and effective solutions.Assist in spare parts management and inventory tracking.
  • DOCUMENTATION & REPORTINGMaintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and incident reports.Provide timely feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • COMPLIANCE & SAFETYAdhere to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards during all field activities.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality guidelines.
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORTAct as the on-site technical point of contact for customers.Deliver training to operators or technicians when required.Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
