QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year degree Engineering program studying Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Degree must be obtained by May 2026
  • Ability to relocate to a different U.S. location every eight (8) months for the duration of the program

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a technical or engineering-related role
  • Experience with project management and ability to solve problems with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Foundational understanding of engineering principles and tools

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to integrate new processes and drive world-class repair solutions.
  • Interpret and ensure proper execution of technical data in compliance with FAA regulations.
  • Address routine technical issues and requests from inspectors, machinists, and external support teams.
  • Gage suitability of tooling and fixtures, inspection processes, and automation processes.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis to prescribe corrective actions.
  • Uphold standards related to product inspection, Lean manufacturing, process certification, and regulatory compliance.
