ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, furniture, flooring, and HVAC-related tasks. * Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance work orders. * Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership. * Assist with preventative maintenance programs to support hotel operations and protect hotel assets. * Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of engineering workspaces, tools, and equipment. * Support meeting room setups, special events, and other operational needs as required. * Assist with exterior property maintenance and other duties assigned by Engineering leadership. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
