Brief Job Description:  CSM Engineer:   * Responsible for Operations and maintenance of CSM sites. He/She is required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, sales managers, management and others within the field and  maintain ongoing communication. Responsibilities  * Monitoring & Management of utilities in terms of O&M spend, energy consumption and repair & maintenance. * Managing large engineering services manpower pool, outsourced contractors, and asset vendors  * Should have experience/understanding in integrating various passive equipment of facility with IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) * Should have experience/understanding in rolling out various projects for the reduction of energy and Opex spending at the facility. * Knowledge of safety principles and practices deployed in Data Centres Qualifications: Engineering graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering discipline.
