Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, restaurants, and public areas. Conduct minor plumbing repairs such as clearing slow drains, fixing leaking faucets, tightening connections, and replacing gaskets. Execute general finish work including caulking, grouting, sanding, and touch-up painting. Adjust or replace hardware such as door handles, latches, hinges, drawer slides, and towel bars. Perform cosmetic repairs to drywall, trim, cabinetry, and other interior surfaces. Inspect and maintain tile, flooring, and wall finishes to preserve property standards. Complete room maintenance checklists and logs as part of the preventive maintenance program. Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing guest-related issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors, housekeeping, and other departments as needed. Document all work performed using maintenance forms. FREE EMPLOYEE MEAL per shift! Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a similar trade. Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall, and finish carpentry. Previous hotel or hospitality maintenance experience. Familiarity with basic preventive maintenance schedules and checklists. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
