Engineer I, Process. Holland, MI. Establish/optimize processes and specifications for lithium-ion polymer battery production. Analyze productivity, yield, and OEE of assigned process/department. Troubleshoot machines. Analyze quality issues to provide corrective actions. Create SOPs/train operators to improve production processes. Create process flow diagrams, control plans, and PFMEAs. Conduct internal/customer audits. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards. Requires bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field and coursework in Material and Energy Balances, Fluid Flow & Heat Transfer, Mass Transfer & Separations, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Process Control, and Polymers & Materials.
