Understand Tests specifications 4. Product Data Characteristics Test and procedures 5. Cost optimization through standardization, simplification and rationalization of operation 6. New product introduction 7. Reliability of products 8. Customer complaints and returns support. 9. Test program management 10. Customer audits. Requirements/Qualifications: 1. Reduces LRR through Root Cause Analysis and resolution of Yield issues / QC reject. . 2. Collects and analyze test data. . 3. Provides timely disposition on Hold Lots, RMAs, Recertification Lots . 4. Maintains Product Data Characteristics to support test. . 5. Ensures Test Flows, Test Times, Plan yield and/or Control yield are updated. 6. Converts, increase parallelism, reduce test time, qualify and eliminate test insert. 7. Qualifies and supports additional locations for Fab, Assembly and Test. 8. Qualifies, releases and maintains new product, test program and hardware for production use. 9. Maintains and updates tests specifications. 10. Executes reject validation (If any) and performs data analysis for product reliability. 11. Validates customer complain, performs analysis and proposes resolution through 8D. 12. Characterize, checkout, qualify and release test program to production. 13. Review specification compliance and represents product engineering during audits.
